It was during her yoga teacher training in Anchorage, Alaska that she was introduced to Ayurveda. She was immediately drawn to Ayurveda’s simple, yet profound messages and has been enthusiastically studying and practicing ever since.
Discovering Ayurveda felt like discovering a missing puzzle piece in her quest for health and spiritual well being.
After returning to Ohio from an amazing 4 1/2 years in Alaska, Pamela was blessed with the opportunity to formalize her Ayurvedic education and is now sharing this healing wisdom with others.
